Rockwood Mansion

This English-style estate and museum was built in the 1850's and is believed to be one of Delaware's haunted destinations. Paranormal reports here include cold spots, disembodied voices and a man's apparition. The sounds of ghostly children playing has also been heard. Ghost tours are available and the estate has also been featured on TV's "Ghost Story."

Your description of Haunted Rockwood is incorrect! Several years ago several individuals made up stories to entertain people. I have conducted over 100 paranormal investigations of Rockwood Mansion and half of what you describe does not happen. We have identified if 20 spirits that lived or worked at Rockwood. We have never heard any disembodied voices ever. We conduct paranormal investigations on a monthly basis and everyone encounters the unexplained
