The Case Files of Ed & Lorraine Warren
Groups of 8 guests will be escorted by a private guide through three floors of rooms and passageways where they will encounter paranormal activity and the spirits and demons that reside within. Delving into Ed & Lorraine Warren's case files, you'll experience some of what the Perron, Smurl, Snedeker, and other families endured during their real life hauntings. Visit a funeral, an embalming room, a bedroom, a witches' chamber, the Warren's occult museum, participate in a séance, and more. Beware of what lurks poolside, within the graveyard, and around every corner! ALL proceeds benefit CompAnimals Pet Rescue - an all volunteer, no-kill rescue that helps all animals in need and especially those that have found themselves on "death row".

In our 20th season, Hockessin Haunted House continues to terrorize the residents of Northern Delaware and Southern Pennsylvania. Featuring new storylines, scenes, and elements of horror each year, Hockessin Haunted House is sure to entertain one and all. Repeat victims...err customers, encouraged as it's an all new show each year! Directions From Newark: Take Delaware Ave. east to Chapel St. Turn left onto S. Chapel St., which becomes Paper Mill Road (Rt. 72). Stay on Paper Mill Road until you reach the dead end at Rt. 7 (Limestone Rd.). Turn left onto Rt. 7. At the 2nd light, turn right onto Brackenville Rd. At the blinking light at the bottom of the hill, turn left onto Millcreek Rd. Village of Manley is the 2nd development on the left. Turn left into Manley onto Nathalie Drive. Go straight up the hill to 10th house on right. Directions From I95: Take 141 North exit towards Newport. Stay on 141N for about 2mi, then take Exit 6B (2 West,/41 North towards Lancaster). Go about 1/2 mile on Rt. 2, then make a right onto Rt 41 North. At the 6th traffic light, Route 41 bends slightly to the left; continue to follow. Shortly after going through that light, you will pass Sanford School on your left and log cabin on right. At the next light at bottom of hill, take a left onto Brackenville Rd. Continue to follow Brackenville Rd. to blinking light. Turn right onto Millcreek Rd. Village of Manley is the 2nd development on the left. Turn left into Manley onto Nathalie Drive. Go straight up the hill to 10th house on right. Directions From Route 1 (PA): Take Rt. 41 exit towards Avondale/Chatham. Follow Rt. 41 South straight into Delaware. After crossing state line, continue down hill to 2nd traffic light. Turn right (at Wawa) onto Yorklyn Rd. At stop sign, make a left, then immediate right onto Mill Creek Rd. Follow Mill Creek Rd. approximately 1/2 mile to Village of Manley. Turn right into Manley onto Nathalie Drive. Go straight up the hill to 10th house on right.
